Marcus: Compartment and Network does not clarify the service they provide. Suggested improvement:

• Compartment: A set of nodes interconnected by links that share a common mechanism and define a trust and policy boundary form a compartment. As long as the compartment exist communication amongst the nodes is possible and only trust and policy boundaries define restrictions.
• Network: Interconnecting compartments to enable communication amongst their nodes forms a network. Again trust and policy boundaries of the source, the destination and the intermediate compartments limit the communication amongst nodes from different compartments.

Marcus: The way you have included forwarding into the transfer service limits it to layer 3 type forwarding. For me forwarding is more general and can be applied on multiple layers (layer 3 and above). Either we clarify this or add new item to the list (although i do not know how to call it).
